The History of Anointing & The Laying on of Hands

The History of Anointing and the Laying on of Hands

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations’. Revelation 22.2

The History of Anointing with Essential Oils is either a 3 hour workshop.  We discuss essential oils for healing, cleansing and holy anointing and the oils used in Biblical times to perform these tasks.

Essential oils are mentioned more than 1,000 times in the Bible!  Aloes (Sandalwood), Cinnamon, Frankincense, Myrrh, Myrtle, The Rose of Sharon, and many more will be shared and experienced by those attending the workshop.

  • Moses used them to protect the Israelites from disease.
  • Mary and Joseph used them to keep baby Jesus and themselves healthy.
  • Modern scientists have found some of the oils to be as effective as antibiotics – without the side-effects!

Book Cover - Bible BookOur journey starts in the Garden of Eden – why were Adam and Eve put in a garden and not in a house, or a tent?  because we are alive to live with the flowers and plants.  Essential oils are our Gardens of Eden.

If you would like to bring your Bible – please do.

Cost of 3 hour workshop – various – to include full course notes  (12 Oils discussed)  – usually around £30

‘Various’ depends upon many factors – where the course is being held, the number of participants, the length of travel time for the facilitator (Suzanne Le Quesne or Sheila Crouch) and if you want a CARE Certificate or not. (Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education).   The price will be mentioned under Workshop Venues and Dates – below. A CARE Certificate is $10 which we have to add on to the workshop.

Booking essential – very limited places for these special workshops – maximum 10

Please can you tell me if and when you will be holding the above mentioned workshop in the Coin area. I myself am an Aromatherapist and I have a friend who would be interested to attend too.
I know you do have on in December in Jimena de la Frontera, but I live in Malaga and feel its too far to travel.

Diana and I are looking forward to the course on Tuesday. Do we need to bring anything eg: essential oils? Diana has a very well behaved dog and was wondering if it’s possible to bring her, as she is no trouble at all. If not, no problem!
